Ogden Rescue Mission

Today is the 3rd Sat of the month. There is a small group of us from our church and we go down to the Ogden Rescue mission at 6:30 pm. We get 30 min, there is about a 20 min message and 10 min that we go and sit and pray and talk with the people. Why do we go? Because God demands us to go out and spread the Gospel to all the nations! And God gave us this opportunity to go and spread the Gospel. The Gospel is the good news about JESUS CHRIST about his birth about his sinless live about his substitution death on the Cross and his resurrection from the dead, all for saving us from our sins. So pray that God will be with us & that there will be an awakening there.

THE AMERICAN HOLOCAUST

Its coming up on jan 22. The anniversary of roe vs wade. So i wanted to let you the people know some of my thoughts on it and some statistics. Abortion is a sin and an attack on God! So i wanted to ask a few my coworkers & Friends about their thoughts on the holocaust the one coworker was in an uproar about it! Later i asked the same coworker about his thoughts on abortion he said its up to the woman to chose (pro choice) then i replied you say you believe in & love God . Then quoted Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image; in the image of God He created male & female. Genesis 9:6 God says to Noah, "Whoever sheds man's blood, by man his blood shall be shed, for in the image of God He made man." The point i was trying to make is that every member of the human race is in the image of God!

In this blog about the American holocaust i came upon pics ,video things i just can't put in Writing. Man truly is evil!! We need to pray for all people that have done these things that God will open their eyes to their sins and repent!! This is more than i wanted to know about abortions.I was going to put some pics on this blog but i just can't bring my self to do it but please feel free to go to these sites that i got these statistics from and see for yourself, you will not think about abortions the same.

And why do i feel this way? Because the child in the womb is created by God in the image of God for the glory of God... AMEN & AMEN FOREVER...

Prayer Request blog

In this new year i would like to start a prayer blog. The following are prayer requests that i have:

(1) My brother Jason-He has tumors growing along nerves in various area's of his body, this condition has caused him to lose his hearing and has caused many different health problems. His condition is very serious and the prognosis is not encouraging. He has a wife and three children that he has continued to support through all of these trials. So will you pray with me that God will return his strength and health.

(2) Pray that God would grant us to be aware of people around us that we encounter in our daily lives that need prayer and help. Pray also that we do not turn our backs on people in need.

(3) Pray that God would work in a mighty way at the Ogden Rescue Mission through the ministry of those who witness to the homeless.

(4) Pray for our family that God would be merciful to us.

(5) My friend Paul who is looking for a job, that God would open up the right doors for him.

(6) My mom Cathy, who has Fibromyalgia, please pray for healing of her body and strength for her daily activities.

(7) My sister Amy who had surgery on her elbow for a tendon, please pray for a complete recovery for her.

(8) My mother-in-law Karen, that the hearing would return to her ear.

(9) My father-in-law Jim, who has an esophagus problems to be healed.

(10) My dad Brent, for recovery from multiple heart procedures.

(11) My uncle Bruce, for health to return to him, strength to carry on if it doesn't and wisdom for the doctor's who treat him.

(12) Please pray for myself and Marjorie to grow with passion for the Lord Jesus Christ and to live cross centered lives. Please pray also that all of our "furkids" would be healthy this year. Also that we would be healthy this year.

Things about me you might not know?

Hello to all! I thought i would share some hobbies and other things i enjoy doing. I love to collect Hot Wheels cars. I have quite a few, new still in original package and a whole lot of used from childhood. When my Uncle Mike passed away I was given his collection of the original 1968 series. What a collection it truly is!

Another thing i enjoy is sketching and drawing of a wide variety of stuff.

I also have a golf ball collection of all over the world that family and friends have visited. The latest two i have been given, one from my nephew from Universal Studios with Sponge Bob on it, the other one is from St. Andrews golf course in Scotland. So remember me when you travel, i like golf balls.

My wife says i am a pack rat but i call myself a collector of many "things"
